The public should be made aware that they may eventually be allowed to post their home for sale on the Toronto Real Estate Board’s MLS system. However, this is one very small step in the marketing and sale of a property. This issue may open up unsuspecting and uneducated sellers and/or buyers to a variety of problems they may never have anticipated. Issues that realtors are trained to deal with and are very aware of.
